The documentary explores the existence of a decades‑long effort — comparable in secrecy to the Manhattan Project — to study and, at the same time, conceal information about events involving UAPs. According to the testimonies presented, this system of secrets is so compartmentalized that even directors of agencies such as the CIA or the DIA may not have a complete view of the topic today.

Among the main interviewees are Jay Stratton, who devoted 16 years of his career in military intelligence specifically to the UAP issue, and Luis Elizondo, who argues the U.S. has long‑standing programs aimed at recovering and reverse‑engineering technologies of non‑human origin.
